What brought you to City Barbeque?

A close friend of mine was working for City Barbeque at the time, and she thought I would be a great fit for the position. Once I interviewed, I knew I wanted to be a part of the team!

What is the most fun part of your position?

I love doing tastings because I get to see up close how much everyone loves our food. It’s the part of wedding planning everyone is the most excited to choose.

 What motivates you to win?

I have always given any job I’ve had my best. I don’t prioritize winning; I just try my absolute best at everything I do. Although, a little friendly competition is fun too 😉.

What is your favorite Core Value or Guiding Behavior?

Open & Candid Communication. This is why City BBQ has been my favorite company to work for.

What are three things that you attribute to your enormous success?

Staying organized, building personal relationships with our venue partners, and the high standard of service our caterers have set at the events we work.

How has City BBQ challenged you to achieve such high standards and goals?

I have challenged myself from the very beginning to take ownership of this role and make it my own, and that empowered me to push Indy on what we thought the limit of weddings could be. I also play a role in training new Wedding Event Specialists which keeps my standards high!
