What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?

The aspect of my role I love the most is being a leader. it pushes you to be the best version of yourself every day.

What three words would you use to describe City Barbeque?

We’re Number One … that’s the goal right!

What three words would you use to describe yourself?

Dedicated, Motivated and Unstoppable!

If you could switch jobs with anyone else in the company, whose job would you want and why?

If I could switch jobs with anyone in the company, it would be with the CEO Mr. Muldoon himself, so I could be a part of the blueprint backyard hospitality starts at the front door and I’d love to be that part of every store everywhere.

How long have you worked for City Barbeque?

Five and a half years

Do you have any hobbies or belong to any groups outside of work?

i’m a superhero full time to two amazing kiddos.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

I would love to learn I would say ASL - American Sign Language.

Do you have a favorite family tradition or one that you want to start?

A Tradition we started for Christmas Eve me and my sister we go to the Christmas bars in Christmas outfits.

What is the most important thing you have learned in life?

The most important thing I’ve learned in life is take your time and do it right the first time because you can only get better every time after that.

Would you share a favorite or family recipe?

MANGO MONSTERS

It’s just a quick healthy recipe I make with my kids that takes a little time and keeps them busy. You just take fresh Mango chunks, and any extra fruit grapes watermelon peaches you have around, and you connect them with pretzels and marshmallows. Kids love it and it’s fun!

I would switch with the Pits guys any day of the week because it is the heart and joy of City BBQ!

Do you have any hobbies or belong to any groups outside of work?

I enjoy barbequing with my family, we love being out in the great outdoors.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

I would like to learn how to play guitar.
