What is your current role at City BBQ? My current role with City Barbeque is Assistant General Manager.
What aspect of your new role are you most excited about? I am most excited for our new joint opening at Poplar Level and having the first drive-thru here in Kentucky.
What three words would you use to describe City Barbeque? Stay true, 95/5 rule, Smoke fresh every day.
What three words would you use to describe yourself? I am a natural leader, ambitious and driven.
If you could switch jobs with anyone else in the company, whose job would you want and why? If I were to switch roles, I would like to switch roles with Tim Zombek. I would like to learn how that aspect of the position works on the market leader level.
Do you have any hobbies or belong to any groups outside of work? My hobbies include reading and video game streaming on twitch. Frag4BRKFST is my twitch name.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be? I am always open to learning, one thing that is of interest to me is software development.
What is the most important thing you have learned in life? The most important thing I have learned in life is progression albeit slow or fast, give yourself time.
Do you have a favorite or family recipe to share? My favorite dish is one we have back home in St. Lucia curry chicken. I don’t really have a recipe to follow but I learn by just watching my mom cook.

What is your current role at City BBQ? Catering Training Manager, formally Catering Field Ops Manager for Columbus Catering
What aspect of your new role are you most excited about? To travel around City BBQ helping Catering grow and to aid the teammates’ continued success.
What three words would you use to describe City Barbeque? Growing, Tasty, Family
What three words would you use to describe yourself? Funny, Loud, Compassionate
If you could switch jobs with anyone else in the company, whose job would you want and why? Kevin (in the kitchen). I would love to work with Chef every day and for me learn how to cook better.
Do you have any hobbies or belong to any groups outside of work? Going to OSU football and Basketball games, Harmony Project Choir, playing trombone.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be? A few more languages.
Do you have a favorite family tradition or one that you want to start? Family dinner every Sunday. We gather with the extended family for a nice dinner.
What is the most important thing you have learned in life? Listen first, speak afterwards. Listening to others can make a world of difference.
