Family (Charity, Michael & Declan) comes first and it is my motivation for everything I do. In my opinion, establishing a work-life balance has to be our top priority as we cannot be effective in our career if we are not happy in our personal lives.

For fun, I enjoy running, golfing with my wife and two sons, college football, baseball and drinking a cold beer with some Competition Quality BBQ!

I have spent my entire career in the restaurant industry and love to Serve and Create Happiness. I equate this highly competitive industry to a street fight that we will win one guest, one shift at a time.

I have a curious nature and ask a lot of questions as I seek to understand. I try every day to be a better leader than I was the day before. In an effort to improve, I read. I cherish feedback and I work hard to build trust in those around me.
